Greetings pilots! New update for IL-2 Sturmovik: Desert Wings - Tobruk is here! This update brings in a reworked "Getting Started" Guide and its Spanish translation, new flashcards and several corrections for Italian localization and the in-game weapons.

Thank you for all the updates TFS. I know Spanish so I'll have a look at those new changes in the Spanish version of our GSTG ("Getting Started and Troubleshooting Guide").

 

What about this "Corrected all Bf-109F models high speed roll rate" ? Do the Friedrichs have a faster roll rate now?

Applying just a tiny bit of common sense I would expect their roll rate at high speeds has been reduced.

Not for the AI B109F nor any other aircraft they fly. 

 

My understanding is that the AI uses the same flight model as the player but the ridiculously high speed rolling manoeuvres they perform, as well as high negative G pushovers, continues to spoil what is otherwise an enjoyable single player experience.
