Thanks, fellows!

I'm happy to have reached this mark, but in the present context of planes falling apart I fear the D7F and the DR1 I flew most often have given me an unfair advantage. Oliver's mark in that respect has more value. Congrats, Oliver!

I will be happier if I ever reach it again under different circumstances. Let's hope we'll have a chance for that soon!

And I've used most often the Camel, so ditto perhaps on the unfair advantage against Albatross and Halberstadts, for the most recent week. The Triplane might be something of a tank, but was before in any case. The D7 on the other hand does no seem immune to the crumpling so kudos, should be proud of your achievement also no matter.

Congratulations to all the winners!

Note: my personal count seems wrong 23 in the list (23), if my final score is 21.

My sudden death raised me a doubt: I thought deaths in Bloody April didn't count for the virtual life outside it, i.e. that there were two running virtual lives. Is it so or not?

I find it odd that I am dead in the May tour shooting a balloon when I actually died shooting a ballon in last BA mission. I have not died in normal Flugpark missions yet. I almost don't go into enemy side because of flak...! (VERY scary currently).

S! Bidu,

You are correct.  A few pilots have BA missions showing up in May from when the parser stuck them in there due to a staff error. I will correct as appropriate during next weeks report. Thank you and sorry for the panic attack!

Alas, you grant me but a postponement. But such is the nature of Man. I shall a while longer proceed the mad attempt to enlarge my streak!...

Mad, yes, mad, because I wanted greatness
Such as Fate does not grant.
I could not live up to my certainties;
Thus, where the sandy expanse is,
I left who I was, not who I am.

My madness, let others take it up
Along with all that went with it.
Without madness what is man
But a healthy beast,
Postponed corpse that begets?

Do we take those into account bail out disconnects and parachutes for these streaks?

As far as I know, parachute jumps are not taken into account. Disconnections make you lose every victory you had since last "Finish Mission".

I've had victory losses due to disconnections(*). The most annoying is when you shoot one or more planes, then go back rearm and refuel, then later on you're diconnected.

Thus, I propose a CHANGE to Flugpark criteria:

When a disconnection occurs, count any victories UP TO last end of flight OR refuel/rearm landing and disregard any later ones.

(*) Not to mention the other way around. A couple days ago I escaped death at the hands of two 103 Spad's (and someone else's also) by a very handy disconnection. Not that I had any damage or wound, but I knew I was probably screwed up. This happens too. I apologized but hey, you'll never know if I cheated, right? See no solution for this. Unless the parser can detect how screwed up tactically you are when you disconnect. Actually, any chance of considering WHERE you were and if any enemies were near? I was at enemy side, alone against three. Seems more or less reasonable to count me as dead.

Congratulations on new awards homies.

Please stop by our hanger and pick up some of these to extend your streak! All proceeds go to support the annual squadron ball.
