tell me please, where in Europe i can visit museums with BF109 and FW190A

They have Fw-190 and Bf-109 in Hannover,Germany.

Another Fw-190 is part of Hangar 7 RedBull exposition at Salzburg airport, Austria.

They had 109 also in Sinsheim

and maybe Speyer. They move them around. Sinsheim and Speyer are very close to each other.

RAF Cosford on the outskirts of London one of the best Luftwaffe Collections anywhere including the famous BF 109 G-2 Trop  Black 6

Got one Bf109G-6 in the Finnish Airforce Museum in Jyväskylä, Finland. No FWs in Finland though.

But to see flying one, best bet would probably be Hangar 10 in isle of Usedom, Germany. They have very nice collection of warbirds there, including 3 flyable 109's (well ex-Buchons, but 2 of them have Daimler-Benz in the nose). They just had "fly day" few days ago:
