AFTER FINISH the Battle of Bondenplate, is not bad idea, create new premium aircraft.
this simulator need some good warbirds, what no is represented in this moment. the example for this birds under my ideas:

-Hawker Hurricane

-Focke Wolf Fw189 uhu

-Brewster F2A Buffalo

-Consolidated PBY Catalina

-Fieseler Fi156 Storch

- Boeing B-17 Flying Fortress

Yes this has been talked about.

There will not be any B 17

personally I would love a DO 17 myself with Finnish skin and map where it can fly, then it can be escorted by Brewsters , Hurricanes, Fiats, Gloster Gladiators and that French plane I cant remember right now.

And they can fight against various Russian Biplanes , SB 2’sand SU. 2

Although the main focus is in Russia, there are still many gaps left

This is why I was against BoBp

it is expected that next pack always exceed the one before. And by exceeding many believe it is speed and newer

thus leaving many early designs behind and that is truly sad.

I just want to say to the devs that there are many that thinks other-ways. Many like you to go back in tome.

I'll take anything they want to sell me. How about a Finnish/Leningrad map. Or something near Murmansk with Buffalos, hurricanes, I-15s. (secretly, I wish for Japanese and US Navy, but I'll buy whatever).

A Catalina would be fantastic and would fit the Kuban.:salute:

Hah you are for sure right at this point I settle for any seaplane. Catalina is way up on top of the list. For me it is more a dream, so if one dream why not dream big?

Catalina fits nicely with a Solomons map.

All great planes, but I would want things only suitable for campaigning (current or future) - otherwise they are simply MP releases (and SP forms the bread and butter of the sales) - but yes, there sure are some terrific aircraft yet to be done that would be wonderful to fly! :)

Some I would love to be able to fly (in a relevant way in the future):

Typhoon

Mosquito

B-25 (flyable)

Marauder

Buffalo

Hellcat

Ki-61

...any and all Lightnings :P

P-47-C

P-51 A/B

My preferences:

Yak 9

LA 7

Then some planes to fill gaps, mostly early:

Early LaGG 3

Ju87B

I-153

IL4

Do 17 or 217

Hurricane (from the OP) would be fun

C-47 to give the allies a transport

I think IL2 should move back to the American Revolutionary War and cover the British and Continental air forces. That would be really cool.

Or a Midway map:)

Now I might have dreamt this but didn't a Catalina actually manage to hit a Japanese tanker with a torpedo during Midway?

The muzzle loading weapons were a PITA back then though.

That's why the aircraft were so large back then. The extra size was needed to carry the armorers who reloaded the weapons in flight. They truly were the forgotten heroes of the Revolution. I had forgotten them anyway. Thanks Mr. President for reminding us all. 🙄

A very nice bird. Incidentally, I just bought my son a T-Shirt of that one as one of his birthday presents tomorrow (He is turning 11). It's his favorite allied pacific aircraft. :)

For those really eager to fly a very good Catalina and knowing that it probably won't ever come to GB, try the Aerosoft Catalina for FSX. A trully study-level sim, right down to the fully functioning sperry autopilot.

I agree with that, except that (even if i love the catalina, as Daniel prate said the one from aeosoft is very cool) Catalina will come later. So i add :

- Mosquito

I know that dev doesn't want to do a B17, but for me it's an error.

Ju87 B2 because lack of Ju87 in moscow is just weird.

Bf110F1/2 so we can have something better for stalingrad than older E2

Night version of Bf110

Li2 so soviets can also get transport plane

Fi 156 Storch

Fw 189

I think these planes are missing. Especially Ju87B2. Lack of it in a career (for both sides) feels bad.

To better flesh out the current available EF Settings:

Moscow

Ju-87 B2

1.3 ATA rated Bf-109 F4 for pre-Spring 1942 scenarios (a modification maybe?)

Early Yak 1

Early LaGG-3 (series 2-3 or 4)

Probably some other earlier soviet bombers and attackers operating around Moscow

Stalingrad

Bf-110F series

Macchi MC.200

IAR 80/81 (not sure which model was used around Stalingrad and if present at all...)

Maybe an early model Yak-7b for Stalingrad

Kuban

1.3 ATA rated Bf-109 G4 for early Kuban scenarios (modification again?)

Late LaGG-3 Series 66

Proper La-5F model not modified from a La-5

For Bodenplatte I would say:

Ar234

Bf-109 G-14/AS

Typhoon

Spitfire Mk XIV

Flyable B-25

150 octane fuel for 2nd TAF planes that were using it

B-26

Bonus: Soviet transport plane (to oppose Ju-52) and German light liason plane (to oppose U-2)

Better fleshout current modules with appropriate planes than adding out of context ones...

Any float plane. Or amphibian. I like amphibians. What did I do with that Walrus Photo? Never mind, here's the Royal Navy explaining how to operate them from a ship. A bit complicated, and you have to be able to speak Sailor:

Of course, desert would be nice. Many of the planes are already available. Add

* Beaufighter

* B-25 or Blenheim IV

* Hurricane II

* P-40F/Kittyhawks

* Fiat C.R. 42

* Macchi C.200

* CANT Z.1007

* Savoia-Marchetti SM.82 (the foreign plane most used by the Luftwaffe). Maybe too much like the JU-52

Bonus A/C

* Macchi C.205 (used Daimler-Benz DB 605 engine) Not really a desert fighter, but it gives the Italians a racehorse of their own.

* P-38E or F4f/Martlet

A bit old video but i don't think that anything changed

Also most planes from your list but P38, MC200/205, CANT Z.1007 and Savoia-Marchetti SM.82, are or will be in Cliffs of Dover and africa expansion. There is no mc200 or 205 but 202 is coming. Italians also have Fiat BR.20 and Fiat G.50.

That's great, thanks for posting it.

I'll buy it all! Pacific is FANTASTIC.I don't know all the history of the game's development that y'all know, so if I say something commonly known, it's not intended as a dig, just showing my ignorance. I play board war games, too, and the MTO has never caught my interest like the PTO (what can I say, I grew up watching Baa Baa Blacksheep :)  ).

I just see some poor guy who's job it is to climb outside while in flight into the nose, or the wing with a ramrod, patch fresh ball and powder.

Using this beast wasn't far short of that, though I don't think you needed a ramrod:
