I've been entirely on Steam, as have been most of my purchase; not realizing there was a difference. Are there different servers when using the game launcher vs steam? Big_Al_the_Allo 39 Posted February 12 The major point is that if you buy the content of Il-2 Sturmovik through Steam, the developers will receive significantly less money than from their own website. This means that if you want to support the developer, you should rather use their own store to benefit the actual development.
