I've finished preparing the metal, green and tan camouflage templates - they are all weathered

Hi Tom. Just a quick note about the Checkertail Yellow. The colour was more Orange-Yellow, the closest reference I could find to the colour is in Photoshop using the colour picker, the reference would be: f3a716

If only we had AI seaplanes and maybe some liaison bushplanes (L-2 thru L-5) - that would be a terrific campaign on the Normandy map!

BTW Tom, here is an image I have showing another version of Topper in Olive Drab. I wonder when they decided to go paint free?

you are correct - I'll make the tail in a color closer to orange, which is the one I have in a photo.

 

Likely it was painted after a landing accident .

You had me at seaplanes  - talking my language there. Flyable please. 

 

L-2 is something I could have used in the Jug campaign as a spotter already.
