I just realized this is for the E series 109. I typically don't fly fighters but if we're talking E series and ground attacks I am in! I've been craving that old 109...and in multiplayer it's rare to see a historically accurate BoM scenario that limits plane types to earlier models. That screen shot with all the He 111's makes me afraid my fx8350 is going to melt! I'll see how many frames I lose.

I enjoy the 109E more than the other marks, and this campaign has it all for the old bird. Ground pounding, escort, interception, it's all there. I thoroughly recommend it. Only disappointment - I didn't get anything for finishing it; was hoping for a diary entry and some more music at least.

Cheers.

I got some stuttering when they initially appeared but fps seemed ok after that - if a little lower than normal

Just curious, I have the exact same CPU and can get 80-100 FPS with the HUD off using Ultra Settings running 2560x1080 with a GTX 1060 6gp GPU.

Sometimes down to 40-50 when low and attacking ground forces.

Nothing is OC'd. win8.1, 16 gigs ram, GTX970. I play with HUD on a lot of the time, it depends. Hud makes a massive amount of difference frame wise, that's forsure. I cap my frames at 60, no need for more because I play with a 40" TV like 6" from my face LOL.

But yeah 40-60 is my norm. Rarely lower, mainly at busy AF on the ground.

I think my CPU is hanging in there. I'm currently satisfied with its performance. The last upgrade I performed was installing the GTX 1060 GPU. I plan no more upgrades for this computer. I think it is as good as I can get it. No OC here either. :salute:

Starting to save for a next gen system.

On top of imgur, it also pulls a request for some funky site lp.blpmovies(dot)com

Don't own BoM, only BoS, so this is a no go to me (no E7 at my hangar). Nevertheless, I would like to thank you for your efforts. It's nice to see people sharing creations that expand the game's experience.

Cheers.

Well, I didn´t write them down, but the ones with many bandits, such as the last mission for instance. What level were they?

I had to drop the present on the train, shoot a deflection one at an I-16 and run the hell out of there. If I stayed there for longer I always died  It was like being in a hive .... and my wingman didn't help much.

I have had to repeat mission 2 three times.

I didnt hit the train, got a fuel leak and landed at my base airport, glided in, when the fuel ran out and engine was shut down.

Landed , no damage at all to the plane apart from the fuel leak.

Mission failed.

2nd mission try, didnt hit the train, shot down by flack

3rd attempt didnt hit the train (I am a terrible ground attack pilot) never saw the Ratas and flew home, landed and mission failed.

Do I need to hit the train to be able to pass to the third mission?

moto...

I had a similar issue, Haash has said that you only need to takeoff and land to get a complete mission. I let the autopilot fly the entire profile twice (after 3 or 4 failures by me). On the second attempt by the AP, it took off, orbited the field a few times then landed...mission complete.

Thanks , that worked, this is the campaign Iam enjoying the most, but also frustrating.

Mission 3 , landed successfully after a 3 kill sortie, and get a mission failed message

I wish scripted campaigns just let you progress however you want, all unlocked from the start.

Hi motoadve,

Im sorry is frustating for you. I dont know why the mission logic some times works and other dont...there is a bug somewhere that I cant seem to squash. Due to that my future work will use a little different mission logic trying to avoid this problems.

I disagree with the whole unlocking thing, this campaigns are built (mine and others builders) with a storyline attach to it, and with that in mind, It wont make sense if the player is allow to jump all over the missions from start. When the whole campaign is finished you can choose any mission you fancy.

Just to survive should be enough to unlock the next one, unless you are behind enemy lines.

My favorite campaign , so thanks a lot, very immersive, just annoyed to get mission failed at the end of mission 2 and 3

Love the Intro, but how I defeat the I16 in mission 2, they always get me...

Also, I can never find that marked starting area. Its also good to read the characters thouths on the screen!

Hi Portier,

Mission is to destroy trains...I16s are Aces that come to help defend the town the trains you are attacking are heading, my advice: Kill the train and get the hell out of there.

About the marked starting area. If you are refering to the taxi points, you can let the autopilot do it once so you can see how it is.
