There has 2 versions you can download, try the gamma=0.8 version if you experienced fading looking issue.

Thanks for that, I only run 0.8 and was also experiencing the issue. The skins look much better now for me.

Hi guys. New theater announcement is just around the corner. Barring a few alternative scenarios I think we will definitely get a G6.

Would anyone perhaps please consider one of Hartmans tulip pattern 109g/k's as a semi semi historical skin on the g2. (To celebrate the announcement and I would really like to have 1 like that in my hangar.)

Some references but any 1 would do.

I agree, Chandalier, even though, as you point out, it's not strictly correct, a Black Tulip Hartman (" Summer" skin ), would be fantastic.  :thank_you:

Actually, lots of NAGr. photos, and almost nothing on NAGr.12.

For me, the most interesting Aufklarungs unit was 2.(H)/Aufkl.Gr.14 (from 1.11.43 -  1./NAGr.11). It flew Bf110E, Bf109E/F/G. Aircrafts had exellent and interesting camouflage schemes.

And when you search NAGr 12, it shows You Emmersdorfer's white 14 :D Also which one would You like to make? White 14 or G2/R2?

G2/R2

This one, if Yuo like.

I do not painting "non-historical" skins - like Bf110G skin for Bf110E, or Bf109G-6 skin for Bf109G-2 e.t.c.

And when you search NAGr 12, it shows You Emmersdorfer's white 14

Yes, Emmersorfer's aircraft is almost the only one aircraft, known from NAGr.12.

Update 14 Jan 2017

updated to G4 standard for v2.006

Bf109G4/R6 W.Nr.14946 flown by Major Wolfgang Ewald Kommandeur of III./JG3, Kuban, Spring 1943.

One thing bothered me that the MG151 Gondola is too big and has wrong silhouette in game, I hope that dev team can revise it in BOK.

Thanks for these!

There is much debate about the actual color of the 101Sqn Avias (the one at the IAF museum is khaki painted) and the more informed sources indicate they were more of a greyish green hue but these will do just fine!

Very nice skin Gustav, but you're 3 months early

even earlier  because some of my skins such as Hartmann's white2 and Grislawaski's white9 are actually for G4 too.

Hello everyone!

Skin request for Bf-109 G2     :help:  :soldier:

Sorry to say, it is a fiction. ROA had np its oun aircrafts. The were only trained on Luftwaffe schools, and flew Luftwaffe aircrafts with original german markings. And they never had any operational combat missions.

Thanks for the answer and information, I will not argue with that  :)

Zeitschrift Alte Kameraden Jahrgang 1993, Heft Juli 1993, Seite 8, Ein Fachbericht von General a.D. Meinhard Glanz

In any case, it would be very nice if someone makes this marking. Not all markings in this topic are historical
