Time to reflect on the incredible amount of effort it takes to create something so complex and in-depth as TAW. 99% of the thousands of players reap the benefits and enjoyment of work, while -95% of them complain because it isn't perfect! And there are another 4% who would complain even if it was perfect, because their team is getting its collective arse kicked! We all pooh-pooh the play balance when in reality the whole object of warfare is to completely skew play balance so you win quickly!!! So kudos to @=LG=Kathon and his team, from our team =OPFR=. cheers

They would have been used mainly for the high altitude bomber interceptor role for which they were designed. To counteract this inbalance TAW Rhineland campaigns should consider using AI B-25 high alt bomber groups as is used on one of the Combat Box Maps. This would add more diversity and challenge to both sides.

  10. you got that all squared away? make sure you don't have key bindings set to more than one command (will show up in settings as little orange squares which if you click on htem will tell you what is being duplicated. try my control setup video to bind stuff to your keyboard as well.

  13. My reply to all negative discussion and complaint is that anyone involved in the creation and improvement of the TAW campaigns and system should be treated with reverence. Without such tireless effort (and trying to please everyone) we would never have ended up with the most incredible masterpiece of a gaming platform. WOL KOTA, and CB servers are fun but do not create that visceral challenge, or the need to get back into the fight as soon as able, as does TAW. Without the unique concept of TAW we may as well all go and play at the war thunder arcade level. I can only hope that the Devs continue to tweak and add more challenge to the already outstanding system, perhaps the destruction of fuel or ammo supplies will affect aircraft load-outs, and static aircraft kills reflect what actual flyable aircraft are available. Perhaps, as in Coconuts great server, front-line based aircraft could be ferried back out of harms way or aircraft ferried up to front line airfields. It's the little things that make the difference and it's the logistics strategy, such as these and the current resupply system, that make or break the planning and success on each map. Regardless, what transpires from the TAW Dev's brilliance allows us all to have an incredible flying experience. AAA, no matter how much, or how highly tuned, can be outwitted if you know how and can co-ordinate your attack properly. Many of my Ground Attack tutorials deal with this. The nay-sayers will rant that these methods don't work, but the doers make it work, yet not 100% of the time. And isn't that reflective of a real world attack? Probable, acceptable losses...
