  1. Would love to see TAW include tank crew, letting players attack the defense objectives with player controlled tanks would be MUCH more dynamic.
  2. For next campaign. Would it be a possibility to give the U2vs the photo recon mechanic from rise of flight? Or sapper insertion as someone else suggest? Really want to fly the badboy, but its not really viable in anyway at the moment.
  3. Would TAW admin(s) consider a second Flying Circus campaign server when it is more complete? If the numbers were there of course.
  4. Do you think we will ever get tank spawns incorporated into the campaign? With the advent of tank crew, some combined arms in TAW could really take the server to the next level in my opinion, especially for co-coordinating for assaulting defenses etc.
  5. Yeah, TAW really set the bar for il2 mp for me at least, I feel little incentive to play at all between campaigns now.
  6. Is there a paradrop equivalent for Red with U2vs? There was mention of the U2's usage before this campaign started. Cant wait to fly red again next campaign though, this one has been pretty boring being on blue.
  7. LW only having paratroops feels pretty unbalanced too. Pe2 with para functionality, even if its not visual would be nice. Does the u2 have a mechanic now also??

  10. Is the b-25 being modeled to the same fidelity as play controlled planes? Is there any chance in the future of a cockpit being added for it down the road? Seems like it would be a useful one to have in the kitty for the pacific too
  11. If anyone has any good videos and pictures from the campaign please post them up! I would love to see some kinda of ATC plugin/app for the game, having someone in a commanding role deploying pilots and giving them objectives, being able to see what your team is doing etc. I understand its very easy to be ghosted by the other side though.
  12. I liked the current setup, it was nice to be able to use the entire planeset of the game, while keeping a decent balance even if not absolutely accurate.
  13. What happens if Red win this round, does the campaign end in a draw, or is their a 9th tie-breaker map?
  14. Hey fellas, Quick suggestion mock up here. Sometimes I miss important information for team-mates while checking dials/map, it would be nice to be able to scroll through chat history to see missed messages. Cheers!
  15. Very fun flight from a night this week, think it got up to 15 pe2's with ~5 fighter escort.
  16. PLEASE all on Red. Type in team chat when you are attacking objs or big flights, it makes the gameplay amazing going in 15 man flights! Not everyone is on the Ts or some small discord, Just type in chat at the least to improve the teamwork. TAW has had some real highlights in the gameplay for me, Red flight and friends missions in big wings!!! Just need the rest of the team to keep it up and call out objectives, so we can group up more! it improves the game so much.
  17. Another example. Was 5k (km) over the target looking straight down (just after my screen shot) and they buildings never rendered in making it impossible to strike well.
  18. What are peoples thoughts on AA strength? Finding coming in as a flight of 2-3 aircraft, the first plane in will die _Every_ Time on a defense or front line unit. Making ground attacks very frustrating unless you are in a 5+ ground every time. Its always a hit at wing root from AAA in the first pass on lead aircraft when evading. Thoughts? seems to me if it was less predictable it would be better.
  19. This weekend is going to suck if friday EU night is anything to go by. The lag is killing the server, no visual for bombs, cant spawn etc. What actually causes the lag? ~15 extra players over 80 slots trying to download the mission constantly?
  20. We did a flight over it to recon, could see NO targets at the map marker ingame. We thought it was a bug or somehow linked to another objective?
  21. Time for VVS to take off and fly east, just got to wait out 280 enemy losses to AAA 😄
  22. How is it that the Axis side has a larger plane pool? From the warehouse marked on the map?
  23. Sorry is this is the wrong place to post, but Its not a bug. Just asking as this is more a gameplay problem. For example on higher level bombing, you cannot see buildings like large hangers until you are final approach and usually quite hard to make corrections to adjust your run as the buildings draw in. I understand especially for small crates/boxes you dont want to be drawing a ton of small objects far out, but the big ones really should be visible from this distance. What I am asking is if we can get the final LOD to draw 1-2k further out? Even a proxy lod of just a box. I understand its extra draws, but it cant be that expensive with very low cost material as you wont be able to see any detail of it at that distance. Cheers! Love the game!
  24. Enjoying this campaign so far! Could anyone enlighten me on some of the mechanics I dont quite understand yet? Supplies - On the ingame mission briefing, is 0% full or empty for a airfield's supplies? I only ask as most of the rear ones had 10-15% supplies while some of the damaged front line ones had ~80%. Does this mean they have 80% of supplies left, or they have used 80% of supplies? Paratroopers - Not seeing any paratrooper Pe2 variants on VVS? Objective hit points - Things like train cars I am finding VERY tough to hurt with cannons, has the HP on small vehicles/statics been doubled? Cheers!
