Did my own alpha to basically let the gold pop. Would be interested in seeing your new weather layer. For the all grey one? Not really. The alpha has that part as flat but it still looks like bare metal a bit. God damn it, no.

Been playing around with the alpha channels and made some new skins. Most proud of the D3. All skins are themed off my family Coat of Arms which has black and gold with a blue strip and sword on it.Can be seen on the Dr1. Not sure which Dr1 I want to submit. Also made skins for my friend who sadly wants red and blue with silver. Might change the Dr1. Also updated the Camel skin based off the helicopter I fly and made another one sticking to my last theme of gold, blue and black. Made some historical dolphin skins as well as a personal take on it. They are from the 1st Canadian Air Force which went on to become the air wing I am part of. Some brit skins for my friends. One is based off the CH148 helicopter.

Out of all my aerial victories, I'm most proud of that one.

I've tried this and it worked for me. The rich mixture seems to gunk up the engine and stop it from over revving. That said, I don't think I've blown my engine from powering back except from over cooling it. Camel engine can indeed be a real dick. I've had it over rev once when I pulled out of the dive, started climbing and reapplied power.

I think that would be boring as hell for everybody. One side gets the joy of climbing to 24000ft and the other side gets to watch them fly over.

May as well just get Vol 1 now while its on sale and join in online. I think 1 generally has the more competitive plane set anyway. Won't need 2 unless you really get into it.

I was the Dr1 in both engagements. First one I was the guy with the pilot kill. Second one over the German lines I lost one of my wings and made it home.
