  1. It won't launch for me. It launched and worked prior to the patch online. I'm getting an Entry Point Not Found error 'The procedure entry point ?init@?$basic_ios@DU?$char_traits@D@std@@@std@@IEAAXPEAV?$basic_streambuf@DU?$char_traits@D@std@@@2@_N@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library MSVCP90.dll.
  2. Thanks I was kind of a bit lost as to which airfields to look for next. Any suggestions or input is most welcome. BoBp is still an unknown quantity to some degree.
  3. I think mine was already activated automatically when I went to activate it. Maybe things have changed as far as activation requirements (or maybe that only applies to steam purchases...)
  4. It does seem like they did doesn't it ? Dodging import duties or taxes and applying for grants on false pretences I suspect...or just false advertising for promotional purposes ?
  5. Wow the 'missing link' as well ? That's really impressive !
  6. As far as pollution mapping/modelling and atmospheric or ocean conditions go, a really nice website to look at them is https://earth.nullschool.net/ Very worth checking out if you haven't seen it.
  7. Very nice. Is there a download for that ?
  8. Our Council here has almost totally wiped out our frogs and there has been no breeding since they wrecked the creek about 4 years ago now. They ripped out the 1870's stonework that lined the spillway and the base of the dam wall. This stonework once known as 'the stonepipe' kept the creek level artificially high and acted as a header tank that prevented the little creek from drying out. It also apparently prevented the dam wall from leaking... In my research I have found out that the stonework was done by a possible/probable relative in the 1860s-70s. There was no obvious reason for the council to do any of this wrecking and leave the dam unable to hold water but it coincides with a mining company investigating and sampling ground water for the purpose of enabling an in-situ leaching project for Rare Earth Elements (they try to pretend it is about copper....). Obviously surface water mixing with ground water is not a result they wanted. I think the council made sure this wasn't an issue for them. Now we have almost no frogs.....soon none, I suspect. It is a corrupt unaccountable shithole here. ...with almost no wildlife left....
  9. They are anti-science rubbish with no supporting evidence. Your EU standards appear made up. EU Standard Nitrogen dioxide (NO2) 200 µg/m3 1 hour Limit value entered into force 1.1.2010 18 40 µg/m3 1 year Limit value entered into force 1.1.2010* http://ec.europa.eu/environment/air/quality/standards.htm " PM2.5 particles result from the burning of fossil fuels (such as coal), organic matter (including wood and grass) and most other materials, such as rubber and plastic. Motor vehicles, power plant emissions and bushfires are all major sources of fine particles. " "There are outdoor and indoor sources of fine particles. Outside, fine particles primarily come from car, truck, bus and off-road vehicle (e.g., construction equipment, snowmobile, locomotive) exhausts, other operations that involve the burning of fuels such as wood, heating oil or coal and natural sources such as forest and grass fires. Fine particles also form from the reaction of gases or droplets in the atmosphere from sources such as power plants. These chemical reactions can occur miles from the original source of the emissions. PM2.5 is also produced by common indoor activities. Some indoor sources of fine particles are tobacco smoke, cooking (e.g., frying, sautéing, and broiling), burning candles or oil lamps, and operating fireplaces and fuel-burning space heaters (e.g., kerosene heaters)." http://www.epa.vic.gov.au/your-environment/air/air-pollution/pm25-particles-in-air https://www.health.ny.gov/environmental/indoors/air/pmq_a.htm You Have No Points.
  10. Aerosol particles of natural origin (such as windblown dust) tend to have a larger radius than human-produced aerosols such as particle pollution.[11] and people do die from them at times.... 'Because land is concentrated in the Northern Hemisphere, the amount of small aerosols from fires and human activities is greater there than in the Southern Hemisphere. Over land, patches of large-radius aerosols appear over deserts and arid regions, most prominently, the Sahara Desert in north Africa and the Arabian Peninsula, where dust storms are common. Places where human-triggered or natural fire activity is common (land-clearing fires in the Amazon from August–October, for example, or lightning-triggered fires in the forests of northern Canada in Northern Hemisphere summer) are dominated by smaller aerosols. Human-produced (fossil fuel) pollution is largely responsible for the areas of small aerosols over developed areas such as the eastern United States and Europe, especially in their summer. ' https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Particulates#Size_distribution_of_particulates The primary sources indoors are combustion processes, such as unvented combustion appliances (e.g., gas stoves, vented appliances with defective installations, welding, and tobacco smoke). Outdoor sources, such as vehicles and lawn and garden equipment, also contribute to nitrogen oxide levels https://www.epa.gov/sites/production/files/2014-08/documents/refguide_appendix_e.pdf Indoor Nitrogen Oxides https://pdfs.semanticscholar.org/e5bb/ed9dff7e962f5539723e1b6dc904f174092c.pdf NOAA Study Shows Nitrous Oxide Now Top Ozone-Depleting Emission http://www.noaanews.noaa.gov/stories2009/20090827_ozone.html http://www.canberratimes.com.au/environment/weather/going-to-extremes-uv-radiation-is-on-the-way-up-20180307-p4z3cp.html There is no doubt human caused NOx pollution and ultra fine particulate pollution is bad.
  11. That could be misconstrued as support for fully automated luxury communism....
  12. So my old bet on March 18th/19th (depending on where you are) is still looking promising. I'm just not sure which would be a preferred day of the week for release....need more chicken entrails....
  13. I actually thought you meant mysterious big cat.... :/ There was a Matilda II for sale down the road here for several years but my partner said "NO TANKS IN THE BACK YARD"..... she has since admitted the error of her ways.... PS. Happy Women's Day !!
  14. As a kid I loved the probably stupid book "Up Periscope" that was also a movie but i don't think I ever saw. Which is why I like Silent hunter Wolves of the Pacific best...... SO CRUCIFY ME !!!

  22. I just tried to edit my profile and I got a '403 verboten' message....? I'll have to try again but that seems strange.
  23. I had a friend who always had to wear some silver fabric and even changed his name to Silver Bone Tone. He obviously had the right idea. Can I recommend the Ruggedized Tactical Magnifier/Monocle ? https://www.nearsights.com/collections/ruggedized-tactical-magnifiers I suspect these people are not really conservationists but it is not up to me to say it.
  24. The story of Pier Gynt is hilarious (apart from the kidnapping, rape and slave trading, perhaps). If you can be bothered reading the act by act action it is here http://www.ibsen.co/portfolio/peer-gynt/
  25. And you can't see who else is also looking at the page...or can you ?
