  1. No matter what I do, I cannot login there with my user and password from this forum. Even being a Team Fusion member, mate 😞 Edit: It worked 😬 😁
  2. This will be implemented on the official game, mate!
  3. Beautiful shots, mate 😎
  4. Here, mate Right Click over the game in Library>Properties>GENERAL
  5. And always keep Steam Overlay and Steam Cloud disabled for Cliffs of Dover.
  6. Do you have all the Redists installed on this new PC, mate? If you go to the root of your game installation you can find it: \\Steam\SteamApps\common\IL-2 Sturmovik Cliffs of Dover Blitz\_CommonRedist\ Sometimes the older version of DirectX or MS VC can help! If i'm not wrong, Dot net 4.0 is important to run CloD as well
  7. As Buzz said, the RAM should be always matching in frequency and preferably, size. Mismatching frequencies are a bad thing for your system because they will usually have different voltages on its components causing instability not just with games, but with your system in general. If you have four memory slots, four identical memory sticks of the same size/frequency/brand should be plugged in there. If one stick is different, just discard it. Bad practice from HP doing something like this.
  8. You can also customize your info windows with lots of inputs (not sure about specific readings though). πŸ˜•
  9. The cockpits are interactive (clickable with mouseover readings), mate. If you put your mouse pointer over the instruments you will have pretty visible readings! If your interactive pit is not activated you can bind a mouse key for it here on the controls panel. Last option on the Aircraft Section. F10 will turn on/off the mouse interaction.

The most crucial parts of the internals are modeled, texturized, and interact with the damage caused by lots of types of ammunition. 100% of our flyable planes have interactive cockpits with mouseover features to show you, speed/altitude/temps and etc. Not everything is interactive, but it's like DCS with some non-crucial elements non interactive in some modules (Cliffs don't simulate radios and oxygen instruments yet). It might not be interesting for arcade players, but it has great value for those who really want to learn how to manage those WWII planes in more depth since you really learn a
  11. As Riley said, you should take a good look on the ATAG forum, you don't need to be part of a squad to join that forum and there are a lot of good active squads there that would be glad to have you as member. I strongly recommend you also say a 'hello' on the 'Welcome thread' and ask for a squad to join! https://theairtacticalassaultgroup.com/forum
  12. You can also join the ATAG forum for good info: https://theairtacticalassaultgroup.com/forum/ The community there is very welcoming.
  13. If your are talking about Cliffs Blitz/Tobruk, there's a folder with some useful manuals/flashcards inside the game folder: \\Steam\SteamApps\common\IL-2 Sturmovik Cliffs of Dover Blitz\manuals\aircraft Or, ingame under "Extras" you can access the same manuals/flashcards. On the BoX series you basically bind your important keys, ailerons, rudder, throttle, propeller pitch (but the cockpits are not interactive)...In Blitz/Tobruk you can do the exact same thing, but there's a lot of stuff you can click directly inside the cockpit as you would do IRL. If you are familiariz
  14. Yeah, just the Cliffs of Dover game Blitz/Tobruk series have interactive cockpits and mouse over labels for instrument reading (100% of the flyables are interactive). To bind the mouse key is at the very botton of the Plane Controls and to show/hide it on the cockpits you just hit F10.
  15. Thank you for sharing, mate Great content you have there!
  16. Don't say that, mate. It really feels there's a pilot controlling the plane. The Cliffs engine simulates some specific details you'd be very surprised! The variables on this game engine are insane 😢
  17. @Oyster_KAI I can clearly see it's not being controlled by the pilot, don't understand your point...Set a good trimming for your plane, make a glente dive and bail out. The plane will do some turns, loopings, maybe roll, till it hits the ground. Blitz is a full simulator, not a game with scripted actions to simulate a specific scene, mate. Like, get hit, get some hollywoodish explosions with the plane stalling with the Jericho Trumpets from the Stuka on the background. IRL there's even a WWII story where a B-17 landed by itself with any crew inside. πŸ˜• Here:

  19. Hey, mate Try to install the redists under: \\Steam\SteamApps\common\IL-2 Sturmovik Cliffs of Dover Blitz\_CommonRedist Had a similar error (Windows 10) and it did the trick. Also turn off your Anti Virus before lauch, who knows (After Win10 i'm not installing AV anymore).
  20. Had a similar problem and re installing all the redist files inside \\Steam\SteamApps\common\IL-2 Sturmovik Cliffs of Dover Blitz\_CommonRedist did the trick.
  21. Post screenshots, mate! 😎 Here's Eddie's official spitfire MkI skin (by Larry69) : https://theairtacticalassaultgroup.com/forum/showthread.php?t=7273&p=356724&viewfull=1#post356724 But don't use Larry69 Eddie's face! Use mine instead 😁
  22. Beautiful skin, mate! Thank you! 😁
