  1. That’s why I think it would be nice to have a setting that allows for choice. 😊
  2. I'm a casual player and I'm really enjoying the Tobruk campaign. Each patch has improved an already good game. Thank you to the Devs. My only small gripe is the inability to identify the landing strips in the sand. In some lighting conditions it becomes easier, but most of the time, it's extremely difficult. I wish there was a setting in the Options to make this a little easier.
  3. I got rid of it in about 30 seconds. Select it, Alt....right click...close window. This brief video explains it.
  4. Got it. Thanks. I have now got rid of the info box and all the commander chat text that displays. The only thing that comes up now is a confirmation of when I lower the gear and extend the flaps, and I set it so that those confirmations disappear after 5 seconds. Perfect. Thank you.
  5. I just dropped into my RAF campaign in Blitz. It was so nice to be able to identify the airfield and the landing strip. πŸ˜€πŸ˜€
  6. I really hope that they consider the suggestion.
  7. I’m not a great pilot, but most of the time I find it really difficult to find the landing strip. I frequently land right next to it. 😊
  8. It would be nice to add visible landing strips as a realism option.
  9. That answers that then. πŸ™‚πŸ™‚
  10. So, I'm having a blast playing this game. I have a question. I find that, depending on the time of day, the landing strips are either visible and easy to spot, or not visible at all until you're right on top of them. I totally get that this was how it was, and that identifying the landing strip would have been hard sometimes, even when you know where it is on the map, but is there a file that could be edited to make them just a little bit more visible for the casual gamer like me?
  11. I would like to see the function that exists in The Battle Of Stalingrad called 'Autolevel'. In that game, if you've used up all your ammo, you can point towards the last waypoint (Home) and then press 'Autolevel' to keep you on course for home and at a fixed altitude. In this game, if you engage the Autopilot when you've used up all your ammo, the game will simply pick up from the last waypoint used. So, for me, a 'set course to final waypoint' key would be great. πŸ™‚
  12. I'm really enjoying this game. The variety of planes to fly is very impressive and the cockpit detail is exceptional. There are several reasons that I prefer this to The Battle Of Stalingrad. The main reason is that the time compression never worked for me in BOS. It pretended to, but all it actually did was mute the audio. You always remained at 1X. In this game, I take off and then engage the autopilot. Then I go to 8X time compression and come out of it a couple of minutes before I arrive at the coordinates. To me, that's huge. FPS is also great in this game. The only time I drop under 100 fps is when there is a battle involving 30 plus planes, and even then I've never been under 60fps. So, for me, this is money well spent and hours of enjoyment. πŸ™‚
  13. It worked perfectly yesterday. πŸ˜€
  14. The audio bug where your engine audio drops all the way down when you fire your guns, and then fades back up again, went away and now it's back. What gives?
