When can we expect the next campaign to start?

Well, when I bought the premium it was said that it comes with those extra planes. Now it looks, had I bought the standard I would have gotten the same thing.

"Please, note that all current and future buyers of both Standard and Premium editions have all the planes available from day 1 for any game mode. At the same time modifications and extra skins will be presented as unlockables that we’ll be revealed one by one rewarding your progress in the campaign." So my question is: What did I pay the extra money for getting a premium account? Will there be future updates, maps, planes etc. that I will get as free DLC as a premium account holder?
