  1. That sounds very interesting. I am curious to see which ideas and plans will be implemented in the future. There are still so many beautiful planes waiting to be implemented by you. I wish you every success with the implementation. Hopefully many more exciting and successful years of IL2 Great Battles. πŸ™‚
  2. Thank you very much for starting to improve the Rhineland map. It would be great if you could improve and add new content to the map from time to time, if you have the resources and the time to do so. The map still needs a little bit attention from you. πŸ™‚
  3. Here, please take my money! The new plan for Flying Circus sounds really great. It would be a dream if the map included the entire Western Front in a future Flying Circus Volume (after FC3), like in the good old MS DOS game "Red Baron" from 1990. Sometime, in the future... maybe.
  4. Or maybe the good IL2 Santa could tell us, which collector planes are planned to be created next year?! πŸŽ„ 😊
  5. Yes, that fit good too. πŸ‘ I thought a little bit more into this direction. πŸ™‚ So, I have to go and prepare my music playlist. πŸ™‚ @RedKestrel Yes, I think so too. Maybee with the Typhoon some weeks later that could be the month of the storm. πŸ™‚
  6. No DD today? πŸ€” Does that means, that we could rock (you) like a "Hurricane" in some days? πŸ˜ŽπŸŽΈπŸ˜‰
  7. @[DBS]Browning Ok, that makes sense, reflections and angle of the aircraft. The aircraft is much better to see on your screen than on my screen, even if I watch the video in full screen. Thanks for your reply.
  8. The new spotting system is a really big improvement on the game. Nice to see these videos. Well done! πŸ‘ In the first video I found a scene, where it looks like an invisible aircraft appeared, when it enters the propellar area. I checked the previous frames and there is an aircraft, very hard to see, but not invisible. Could this 'appearance' have been caused by the video compression?
  9. I have the same problem. The IL2 Steam version crashes when loading the main screen. If I turn off the internet connection, I can play offline without a game crash. Last night (about 12 hours ago) there was an issue with the authentication server, but the game loaded, the error was displayed and you were able to play offline. I think there is an error with the authentication server and the communication between this server and Steam is broken or the data transfer is corrupt and crashes the game.
  10. You are right. I have found the missing part of information about the throttle and prop rpm lever. There was an update in april that changed the behavior of the lever. The video tutorials were created before this update. That causes the confusion about the behavior of the throttle levers... . So everything is ok.
  11. Hello comrades, I have the same problem like @bluedragon. If I link the prop rpm lever to the throttle, the prop rpm lever do not stay linked with the throttle lever an stays at the highest/increased position and only can decreased manually by pressing the keys or the assigned axis on the joystick. If I do the same settings like in this video from Requiem, I do not get the same results. The turbocharger lever stay connected and increases and decreases with the throttle, but the pro rpm lever stay only linked while increasing the throttle. De
  12. Yes, I tested it. I couldn't find the issue any longer in a quick mission. They did a good job.
  13. I found a thread in the forum with an issue that sounds similar to yours. The issue was caused by audio driver problems and the error was logged in the windows event viewer. That could be a little help for you, if you will find the same error message in your event viewer.
  14. @-DED-Rapidus Thank you for your reply. I'm glad I could help. You're welcome! πŸ™‚
  15. Hello comrades, I have a problem with my hardware configuration. I want to assign a high dead zone to the left and right brake axis and I fail. The rudder with brake axis is installed and works fine. I have assigned a low dead zone of 4% to both brake axis in IL2 and it works also fine. But if I set the high dead zone in IL2 to any valid value, IL2 do not want to save my changes. I open the axis configuration (key mapping -> plane controls -> right wheel brake/left wheel brake), set the high dead zone to an valid value (like 4%) and the brake curve diagram on
