  1. I agree - except the situations you were unable to see. And this is the very reason of my comments. Anyway, I think we are too far from the topic now.
  2. Funny perhaps, but I see the proportions inversed. Just read every 10 first comments after ANY DD discussion. Oh, not ten - a hundred... Straight negative posts are rare on this forum, 1%, 5%? I didn't realize you plan to advertise on TV. BTW, that is one of the reasons why people prefer the internet over TV. They can interact and share their opinions - like we now here. You are always free to tell your side of the story. Critique can not change this. Making people see you are afraid of criticism causes they start to think there is something you are trying to hide. It corrupts confidence. What I see is an incredible input from the community. Players can supply literally everything, form blueprints, performance data, photos to skinning, modelling etc. It is encouraging to see you treat them as partners or friends, not as annoying individuals distracting you from telling your story. Unfair, biased critics are at least ignored by the community. And even the fiercest critic on this forum owns your product(s). Personally, I feel better when I am reading praises, but I learn when I am reading critique.
  3. If you are fair with your customers you should not take the "negativity" seriously. You and your fantastic team are the creators of the top quality flight sim, I can't believe negative people would dominate the comments. I have seen many yt videos from IL2, I can't remember any with considerable amount of downvotes, let's forget majority. Being too afraid of criticism means the negative people become your masters. That is not good for the sim... and for you.
  4. I think they would need to adjust their FM to include V2 speed and associated relativity effects
  5. The game has to keep moving. Game features and graphic fireworks are added whenever hardware is improved, so both things are developed in parallel, one may say. That is good, there are many games I like to play today, but they are graphically outdated. We should remember the IL-2 was always very demanding, in beginning 2000's it was routinely used as benchmark tool for GCs and CPUs.
  6. 6. It is forbidden to discuss the actions of moderators and administrators in any form on the forum. All questions are to be sent via "personal message" to the administrator/moderator.
  7. Funny to see players who earlier laughed at Luftwhiners, now became Jugwhiners 🤣
  8. The side, which is weaker gets all extras (first). We have seen that in Moscow / Stalingrad, we see this now, we will see that in the Pacific theatre or elsewhere. It is about MP balance, like it or not. It is more easily accepted by the community, than "tweaking" of aircrafts performance (which is even less resource consuming, than "extras", I believe).
  9. this game is not about statistics. Most of allied fighters didn't encounter any resistance from German fighters in the last months of the war, so should we have just one German aircraft type therefore?
  10. 411.63, so pretty new. After some tweaking in nvidia settings the problem seems to be gone, but I need to play more...
  11. DXRenderer11::endFrame(...) DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED (0x887a0005) - after about 10 minutes of playing. Again...
  12. Screenshots look awesome, in fact BoX landscapes and terrain/vegetation details made my day everytime I fly One note, however: Autumn forests should be much more colorful, than uniform brown. As we can see:
  13. I wouldn't put it better, thanks for sharing
  14. Brief description: sound bug Detailed description, conditions: (almost) all sound disappears for a moment (1 second or so) after I fire all guns to some ground target. Usually encountered in FW190. Reducing volume in game settings has no effect. Additional assets (videos, screenshots, logs): Your PC config data (OS, drivers, specific software): see my footnote
