  1. Gorgeous. One of my favourite aircraft. Thanks for posting.
  2. That Ju87 bloke is a rank amateur. Fancy putting a US coin there instead of a contemporary German one....
  3. Aviation porn at its very finest...SE's and Albatri...phwoooaaaarrrrrr!
  4. Quite awe inspiring. I'm looking forward to seeing it rigged.
  5. Now there's an unusual subject. You do choose them, don't you!
  6. Sorry to hear that, vc. Hope all is back on track like the E Type.
  7. The upvote is for the wisdom in your sig!
  8. Probably because you have gone cross-eyed....
  9. Boom boom! That looks amazing. Carved from styrene strip...of course...as you do.
  10. Those rib tapes do look skinny! I'm sure it will come out splendid!
  11. Go on then! By the way, if you want, I'll let you have the instructions from my Revell one so you can see how to paint the lozenge.... Hermann Goering's was the obvious choice.
  12. Thoroughly enjoying this at the moment.
  13. Lovely! Can't wait to see how that turns out.
  14. That is looking good, Buglord. It looks like a fiddly beast. Have you been resting on your laurels, voncrapenhauser?💤💣💥
  15. Difficult to tell from a photo, but I think it looks ok. It was fairly sooty stuff. I think much paler would look odd.
  16. That HP47 looks like a baby Hampden. I just love the idea of a jet-powered biplane, Milo.😂
  17. Heyford and Hendon are favourites of mine. I have a Matchbox Heyford in the stash. When it comes to beautiful interwar British aircraft though...I give you the Blackburn Blackburn...so good they named it twice.
  18. SE and Albatros look stunning. Very exciting.
  19. If in London, don't forget HMS Belfast. If you get the chance, the maritime museum in Portsmouth is amazing and the Gosport museum likewise if you interested in subs. Oddly, one of my favourite places in London is St Bartholomew's church in Smithfield..if you want to feel what "old" really is...speaking of which, if you do go to Portsmouth try Portchester for the same reason.
