    Yep... 68 years old here. πŸ™„ Got my copy. A bit simplistic but may provide me some general ideas for mission creation on the new map. The games Battalion level units will need to be scaled down to company or probably platoon level size in the mission editor.

    Salutations Tankers, I have begun some research concerning the battle around Prochorovka for Tank Crew. I found some books that cost $200 + dollars. Not happening. ☹️ More searching.... I found this. Click below. It includes 3 Scenarios. The units sizes are at Battalion level so that will have to be scaled down but it may help setting missions up. Ordered and awaiting delivery.   4. Salutations, There are many settings available for graphic quality adjustment. One can experiment to get the best performance. The same game engine is used throughout the series. So physic, graphics etc. should be the same. Invincibility should not be on to begin with. It can be selected/unselected in a units advanced settings within the mission editor. Unknown about future ballistic options. But the developers strive for historical realism in their work. I don't expect any major changes to the game HUD. One can turn it off during play. Tank Crew is in its' infancy of development. I think it will continue to evolve and get better and better. Welcome to the community.

    - Fw 190 Dora: fixed a bug with small boost values when the MW50 is turned on on winter maps- Fw 190 Dora: corrections to the text labels in the cockpit and exterior- Fw 190 Dora: the description of the aircraft corrected, technochat message while adjusting the thermostat made clearer- Fw 190 Dora: fuel pump buttons are animated now- Fw 190 A-5 and A-8: engine thermal model corrected- Bf 109 K-4: 4K textures created by Martin =ICDP= Catney added to the game- Blazing Steppe campaign is available in German (translation done by Ralph =ram0506= Mahlmeister)- Static plane durabilities corrected for Prokhorovka and other maps- Singleplayer missions for tanks the player doesn't have won't be displayed in the game- Ground vehicle column pathfinding improved- Fixed display of shells for static model BM-13- Minor text corrections

  15. This may very well be correct if the developers are setting the FMs for the different WWII aircraft to approximate the crafts actual individual strengths and or weaknesses.
  16. I just tried to log in multiplayer and got the same message. The problem is most likely on their end. 🌝
  17. Salutations, I'm a bit confused. You have a equitable or better system than I do and I have no problems at all running IL2 smoothly through all the recent patches running with Ultra settings at 2560x1080. I don't have a monitor that supports your 2560x1440 resolution so I can't comment on that. I sincerely doubt that the problem is the game. Have you tried changing your Maximum pre-rendered frames setting? Increasing it slowly may improve your stuttering situation.
  18. Salutations, I won't go so far to say that the alleged AI always turning problem has been fixed... but It appears that it has been addressed or adjusted in some way by the developers. I conclude this because during my mission building testing I see many AI controlled craft go vertical much more often in combat and this is good. The situation may not be to the satisfaction of some but from what I have seen, an improvement has been made.
  19. I fully agree with placing AAA units around tank spawn points. For that matter, one could make most them 'invulnerable' to keep them operational.
  20. Salutations, In your graphic cards 3D Settings.... Try increasing your Maximum Pre-Rendered Frames. If currently set at 1, increase it to 2 and check for improvements. If no improvement, increase it to 3 etc.
