  1. Hello how are you. I left a post in "complaints" where is "Dark future for IL_2?". I wish they saw it. Cheers
  2. Hola Gallahad, muchas gracias por la información!. Un saludo.
  3. Hi Nocke, how are you? I do not speak of alternative visibility, what I ask is what we originally had before the 40k update. I tell you that before the mensioned update I had an S.A. All in all, I knew where each of my classmates was, it didn't matter if we were two or six. This loss of visual was not gradual, so I do not think it is a problem of mine, also you do not have to make a lot of force to hear other pilots complain about the same. Whoever has flown with me a couple of times can tell you if I exaggerate or not. I could identify and know 100% what kind of plane I saw at 10k, it was very difficult for enemies to catch me by surprise. I still don't wear glasses and I can identify birds flying 100 meters in the field. My monitor is a 24 "144Hz at 1920x1080. Cheers
Saludos cocho
  5. Honestly I am very disgusted by the changes the simulator is going through. Among the failures reported by all the players, how badly the BOS uses the resources of the PC and the response of the developers I am thinking more and more about giving it up. The truth is a shame since I love the simulator, but the truth is that the frustration is stronger. The change of sight ranges are horrendous. I can't find logic to see contacts at 40k and you can't see a plane at 5-3k. It is also not realistic since an average person with clear skies and in ideal conditions sees up to 20k not 40k .. I myself in a day with clouds that covered the sun, being 300 meters high I could see a plane 7-8k away, which is more similar to what was initially implemented. The recognition is disastrous! Real pilots with the best visual recognition averages made it up to a maximum of 10-11k. While on the TAW server, it happened twice to me that about 109 came in from behind and I could only see them when they were 150 meters away. The worst part is that I was always looking back and making 45 degree warps. If we add to this that it is almost impossible to follow a partner because if you look a second to another place you lose it, the simulator becomes unplayable! The planes disappear in the clouds, if you have them from five to eight the wings look as if they "dance" similar to what the clouds do and you can only see the fuselage. The optimization of BOS is very bad. It frustrates me a lot that if I have a machine a little above the recommended one, I can't play 144 fps sustained. Since the graphics are not configured in ultra and if in high, without shadows, without mirrors, grass in normal, without HDR, without SSAO, and with the cpu at 26% and gpu at 40% when I am grounded. Those who saw my previous post already know. On average I lose 50% of my machine's power for reasons that I assign to a bad optimization. It does not seem to me that it is a matter of saturation of threads of the cores since in none of the six it reaches 100% of work. This only happens with the Bos, in other games and benchmarcks cpu and gpu go to 100% work. The truth all these problems tire me and are pulling me away from the simulator. Also, when one pays for the game or expansion, a percentage is not discounted for bugs or failures for the time it takes to fix them, all the money is put on. I am so dissatisfied that I am not going to buy anything new, expansion or airplanes until I notice a change, since I only see work for what leaves money in the future and not in bug fixes. This post is not an attack against the people who develop the game, I am aware that it is a giant job. But if I defend my investment and it is a way of making my dislike as a customer and consumer of a product. Greetings cocho
  6. Talking to Super_etendard he told me that it seems to him that the problem that the GPU does not exceed 65-70% can be the Bos with the processor (I5 8400) that does not use its full capacity. That seems logical to me, since the images I left above show that in other games everything is put to 100% work. I leave another picture of my machine running the Battlefields V where it is seen that the GPU and cpu (1 core) are full or close to 100%.
  7. After the arrival of the Bodenplatte I tell you that I still have the problems before. I would like to know if there is someone who plays at 120-144 stable fps and with the GPU over 80% workload to be able to compare and have more data. To these were added the problems that come with the new. Separated from the previous problem of fps, with the new patch and with the same graphic load of gpu, without changing anything I lost between 25-30 fps than I had before the last update. It also shows less stability. Contacts are now harder to see and almost impossible to identify. I did a test and without zooming at 20-25 km you can see a contact very noticeably and with a gray-white color. If the same contact enters within 10km and we zoom it starts to get smaller until it almost disappears. I don't think it's very logical that a contact can be seen at 25km and not 5km. I hope they implement the previous method for the detection distances the contacts why this is not right. Hopefully the bugs can be fixed over time and find some explanation as to why the game does not use the full power of the gpu. Cheers Returning to the initial topic, I am almost certain that the problem of fps and that the graph does not reach its maximum performance is a bad configuration of the bos. I leave some images taken from YouTube where they test the combination of cpu and gpu like the one I have and where the GPU goes almost 100%. Bos Bos The difference between the YouTube test and my machine is that the first one has memories at 3200hz and I have them at 2400hz. The same makes an insignificant difference in the delivery of fps as seen in this ram memory test. In this case, such a large reduction in the use of such an important component (GPU) cannot be caused by memories with these differences in Hz or latencies. I leave a picture below the ram performance test.
  8. Hi folks, how are you? I tell you that for a few months I had problems with Bos's image. Contacts do not look as before, regardless of whether they are over a forest or in an open area. If I am at 3000 mtr I only see them if they shoot. Before this, if they were on the ground, they could see it clearly from 6000 mtr without problems. It is very frustrating not being able to see the contacts when I saw them before and I could recognize the contacts from afar, by side or by type of plane without losing one. Those in my squad won't let me lie. In addition, the game is saturated with jumps and a lot of stuttering, it gets worse after the last three or four updates. It's unbearable, my head hurts. I tried everything, game menu, monitor, nvidia panel, nvidia inspector, Reshade. I don't know what else to try. If anyone has information to contribute, I appreciate it very much. sorry for the english google translate Greetings to all. It is not an attack on developers is what I believe, and you have to be aware of that to be able to find a video configuration that functions for each case. What I notice and I think is what is wrong is that I can not reach the maximum refresh (144 fps) of my monitor when the graph (60%) and the processor (40%) are very far from its top, when in other CPU and GPU games if they reach their maximum. If I am on land the average is 100 fps and flying at 2000 mtr rises to 180 fps with the aforementioned percentages of use. The question is why the graph is not set to 100% work when I have it set to "maximum performance" in the nvidia panel and in the game "FPS off". The temperatures are excellent GPU at 50 ° and cpu at 40 ° stable. My machine has an i5 8400, evga 1080 SC 8gb, 16ram 2400hz dual chanel, 650w source, Asrock H370-pro4 motherboard, Samsung 24 "144hz monitor by displayport 1.2 Graphic menu of the game in Quality- high 1920x1080 Shadows- off Mirrors- off Far landscape detail- x3 Drawn distance- 70km Landscape filter - Sharper Herb quality - Normal Cloud quality - high Fps-off Resolution Factor- 1.0 Antialising-2 Gamma-0.8 correction Fullscreen Enhancement 4k textures If they are fixed I do not have an excessive load for the GPU in the graphics menu NVIDIA CONF 3D PANEL triple buffer- off Shading cache - activated. 9.
Vamos a ver, saludos
Saludos
