  1. Amazing work! I especially appreciate the improved pilot physiology ๐Ÿ˜ Now if you don't mind, I would like to bump this thread which in my opinion is related to pilot physiology as well. Each time I play IL2, even in the very cramped 109 cockpit, it doesn't feels cramped cause we're moving a point. I would love to see "proper neck" and more realistic head translation and rotation limitations. Head oscillation and translation restriction during high G load as well. No way to lean into the gun-sight during high G turn. I remember in IL2 CLOD we have a shortcut to tight/un-tight our belt. My real life flying experience is limited, but I know that when belt are tight, we can't really lean forward. I think that could be a nice addition as well to IL2 GB. With un-tight belt we could move more freely for easier and better spotting but high Gload could be dangerous and head/body oscillation much more pronounced. Congratulation again ๐Ÿ‘
  2. Outch, more expensive than I expected when compared to the price of the "Trio kit" which have more feature. ๐Ÿ˜ณ
  3. Hello, how much would a little box similar to the "Trio" with three lever ONLY + shipping to FRANCE cost me? Thanks. Edit : Would it be possible to have wheel instead of lever? I really want to avoid potentiometer so if I choose wheel can you still use contactless sensor and if so what would be the throw? How many turn / angle in degrees?
  4. Up. This fix has been officially adopted by DCS. It make things more natural. We really feel like we move a head, a big head, instead of a point. It also solve the problem I described above. Please.

  6. I'm pretty sure it's already sorta like that. It's easier to spot a distant target than a close one. Because the distant target will be a black dot on a incomplete rendered ground (flat color). The closer one will be be a fully rendered target, with camo, above fully rendered ground. Camo + terrain make it hard to spot. It's obvious on winter map. Being at 2k+ and trying to spot a low plane flying above a forest, almost impossible due to this and flickering trees.. I can't find the War thunder update that occurred 1 or 2 years ago, they greatly updated the rendering system. Can't find it.. Any help?
  7. Bubble indeed. Is it a sphere, or a cylinder? I guess it's a sphere.. So flying at high altitude mean lower altitude bomber will render when it's too late..
  8. I don't know about the real life feeling of plane side slip, but I'm pretty sure 109/190 pilots don't have to monitor the ball in a dive/climb in order to know how much pressure to apply on the pedals. It's especially hard with constant speed propeller. It's more a need for flying than a wish for immersion to me. Edit, I hope you 3rd app dev will give us the option to choose
  9. +1 for something similar to War Thunder. But no label please!
  10. +1 for this. One feature I would like in the 3rd app software would be the ability to "feel" the side slip. I don't understand we don't have peripheral for this yet. It's so important especially for WWII birds. Then it won't just be a peripheral for "cool immersion" but also a real flight peripheral as our hotas, track IR are. I see Side Slip as the most important, then AOA. Then could come the rest imo. Thx in advance for your work on this
  11. Hello pilots. https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=96116 Does this topic already have been discussed for IL 2 and if so where can I join the conversation? If not then I would like to bring it to developers attention. I don't like non-linearity and as IL2 propose large translational throw which is awesome, finally using full Track IR potential, in the end my setup is quite sensitive. It's not a problem at all until I combine rotation and translation. Then for exemple if I want to look up my in game point of view will look up AND do a negative Y translation. Because of the combinaison of the Track Clip pro configuration, my TrackIR profile configuration, and the way it is done in the game. It should be the other way around. Thanks for reading, Antoine from France.
  12. Hello pilot. I own an extension that I bought to Sahaj since.. May be two years now. Recently I discovered and ordered his dust cover and I'm very happy with it, so I though it's time to share my experience. The stick cover FULLY protect my 15cm extended stick. I can not tell if the same cover could fully protect a 20cm extended stick. Nothing to say about the extension itself.. It does the job, I could NOT revert back and use a vanilla Warthog, make no sense to me. I also ordered a stiffer Red Spring to combine with my 15cm extension in order to get back the original centering force we experience with a unextended Warthog. It's a tactile feedback I enjoy. I'll add picture of the protection to this post when the condition to take cool picture will be met. Until then here's the extension in his new home. (Yes.. This was an old socks dust cover ^^)
